Compulsory Gymnastics
Levels 1-5
Our compulsory gymnastics team consists of levels 1-5. This program follows the rules and regulations or USA Gymnastics. Our goal with each level is for the children to sustain the skills needed to become an upper level gymnast/athlete.
Evaluations
Our compulsory program is an invite only group. Somethings that we are looking for when ready for team are:
- Work ethic
- Mental focus
- Attendance
- Flexibility
- Attitude
- Strength
- Commitment
- Parent behavior
